5 ESS-FOOD pork chops
3 egg yolks
125 mlrye flour (with or without sunflower seeds)
10 twigsof thyme
400 gmixed vegetables (eg. iceberg, sugar snap, peas, red pepper and red onion)
50 mlsoy sauce
200 mlof reduced chicken stock
3 cloves of garlic
Vegetable oil for frying
Freshly milled salt and white pepper
