Hot curry soup with pork loin strips and rice

A nice and warming soup with a full flavor of curry and coconut milk. The braised pork loin strips will add the final touch to the soup. Arrange boiled rice and braised loin strips in a bowl and pour over the soup. Top off with the crisp plantain chips and enjoy the soup steaming hot.

1 tbsppanang curry powder
1 lcoconut milk
2 tbspfish sauce
2 tbspsugar
2 stock cubes, poultry
2 plantains
400 gsticky rice
1 small bunch of Thai basil
2 red chilli peppers
100 gunsalted peanuts
Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Oil for frying
