Grilled fillet á la pork tenderloin

A simple but nevertheless delicious recipe for pork tenderloin wrapped in slices of serrano ham. Quick and easy to prepare and makes the perfect meal in combination with ravioli in creamy sauce.

Ingredients

1 ESS-FOOD Tenderloin
1 twigsof sage
10 slicesof serrano ham
600 gravioli, with ricotta cheese or spinach filling
200 gparsnip
200 gcarrot
400 mlcream
1 chicken stock cube
5 stems of flat-leaf parsley
Freshly milled salt, and white pepper
