Braised pork belly with vegetables
A delicious recipe for braised pork belly. Slow cooking the belly will keep the meat tender and juicy for a nice experience in every bite. Serve with a warm and tasty mixture of bulgur and vegetables.

1 dark beer
2 leeks
400 g mixed vegetables (e.g. sugar snap peas, leeks, red pepper, red onion, celery and aubergines)
1 red chilli
400 g bulgur
2 tbspred curry paste
1 of reduced chicken stock
Freshly milled salt and white pepper
